Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes five to seven business days after your order is processed. Orders over $99 ship free; all other orders ship for a flat rate of $9.99. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Returns and Refunds

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within five to seven business days after we receive your returned item. The refund is credited to the original payment method. Allow additional time for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

All printers and scanners include the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer, and our support team can help you initiate the process if needed.
