Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or product availability; the request remains pending until our store confirms availability before dispatch. Payment is due in full at delivery for an approved COD order. No additional COD charge applies, and COD requests are reviewed for deliveries within the contiguous United States.
Shipping and Delivery

We offer a 30-day return window on most products, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. For an approved COD return, the refund arrangement is store credit or bank transfer, as agreed with support, once the return is received and inspected.
