Refund and Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
L.C. Printer Parts, LLC accepts returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. To start a return, contact our support team at support@yesprinters.com or call (239) 526-0560 with your order number.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within five to seven business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned once opened, including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and other consumable supplies. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund. We evaluate each return on a case-by-case basis.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, L.C. Printer Parts, LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label. All return shipments should include a copy of the order confirmation for faster processing.
