Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

L.C. Printer Parts, LLC ships to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We currently do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution centre within one to two business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.99 per order. Orders totalling $99 or more before tax qualify for free standard shipping. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes five to seven business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website or our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.

Large or Heavy Items

Some larger printers and production scanners may require additional handling time. If an item in your order has special shipping requirements, we will notify you by email with an updated delivery estimate. There is no additional charge for oversized item shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. In cases where a package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
