How to Return a Product
Step-by-Step Return Process
Returning a product to YesPrinters is straightforward. Follow these steps to initiate your return and receive your refund quickly.
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@yesprinters.com or call (239) 526-0560 within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
Step 2: Pack the Item
Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, cables, and documentation. Secure the box to prevent damage during transit. Items returned without original packaging or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the return address provided by our support team. For defective or incorrectly shipped products, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within five to seven business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. The credit will appear on your original payment method within one to two billing cycles.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Opened ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and consumable supplies are not eligible for return. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
