How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status by signing in to your YesPrinters account and visiting the My Orders page.
Order Processing Timeline
Orders placed before 2 pm EST on business days are typically processed within one to two business days. After processing, standard shipping takes five to seven business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your shipment is dispatched. If your tracking number still shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an update.
What If My Package Is Late?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window shown in your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at support@yesprinters.com or call (239) 526-0560. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Guest Checkout Orders
If you placed your order as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If you cannot find the email, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will resend the tracking details.
